📋 Description

• Develop cutover strategies and detailed plans for Material Master and related data, including vendor, PIRs, BOMs, and routings • Define scope, sequencing, and dependencies for organizational, PLM-integrated, and open transactional data loading • Lead data identification, cleansing, mapping, and transformation from legacy systems to SAP • Prepare upload templates and migration tools, including LSMW, BAPIs, and MDG • Execute mock loads and perform data validation and reconciliation • Orchestrate final cutover activities for Material Master and open MM transactions, including POs, PRs, GR/IR, and stock balances • Ensure required views and objects are loaded before go-live • Provide hands-on post-go-live support to resolve data and process issues • Partner with PEO and PLMSI teams to synchronize product structures, routings, and engineering releases with Material Master • Resolve interface and integration defects • Define and execute test scenarios across MM, PEO, PLMSI, and MDG • Author functional specifications, cutover runbooks, and validation scripts • Act as primary cutover contact for Material Master and MM objects • Identify risks, propose mitigations, and support go/no-go decisions with clear status reporting

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizenship required • Aerospace & Defense (A&D) experience required • Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA MM and Material Master processes • Experience in SAP cutover/data migration involving Material Master, vendor master, PIRs, BOMs, routings, and stock balances • Familiarity with PEO and PLMSI concepts • Experience gathering requirements, mapping processes, and writing functional specifications • Strong skills in test planning, execution, and defect resolution • Ability to analyze and reconcile data discrepancies • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in SAP MM, master data, or cutover projects as a business analyst or functional consultant
