📋 Description

• Serve as the primary owner, implementor, point of contact, and subject matter expert for Redwood RunMyJobs Scheduler • Manage and maintain job schedules, workflows, and dependencies across systems • Administer, patch, configure, and update the Redwood RunMyJobs platform • Monitor job execution, alerts, system performance, and SLA adherence • Troubleshoot job failures, performance issues, system errors, and delays • Manage platform configurations, users, roles, and security settings • Design, build, and optimize automated workflows and job chains • Design, implement, and maintain batch schedules aligned with business and technical requirements • Define execution times, job priorities, and scheduling logic • Document troubleshooting steps, scheduling policies, lessons learned, workflows, processes, and configurations • Analyze and optimize batch job performance for efficient resource utilization • Support integration of RMJ with enterprise applications and data sources • Work with internal applications, infrastructure, and data teams to support integrations • Configure and manage platform agents and connectivity across environments • Support file transfers, API-based integrations, and event-driven processes • Assist with environment setup, upgrades, and maintenance activities • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into automation solutions • Participate in requirements discussions, working sessions, and testing activities • Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure reliable batch processing integration with enterprise systems • Recommend best practices for workload automation and platform usage • Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience • Eligible work authorization: USC, GC, H1-B, H4-EAD, L2-EAD • Experience with Redwood RunMyJobs (RMJ) Scheduler administration and operations • Ability to manage job schedules, workflows, and dependencies across systems • Experience administering, patching, and configuring the Redwood RunMyJobs platform • Ability to monitor job execution, alerts, system performance, and SLAs • Troubleshooting experience with job failures, performance issues, and system errors • Experience managing platform configurations, users, roles, and security settings • Experience designing, building, and optimizing automated workflows and job chains • Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining batch schedules • Experience supporting file transfers, API-based integrations, and event-driven processes • Experience configuring and managing platform agents and connectivity across environments • Experience supporting environment setup, upgrades, and maintenance activities • Ability to collaborate with enterprise architects, Informatica Lead, MuleSoft engineers, data engineers, report developers, IT leadership, business stakeholders, and project teams
