📋 Description

• Document current-state business processes across front-office and back-office functions. • Design future-state business processes and operational workflows. • Develop the overall process reengineering strategy and execution roadmap. • Collaborate with business owners to define and implement new business processes and policies. • Lead process improvement initiatives supporting the organization's future-state operating model.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading enterprise process reengineering initiatives. • Experience documenting current-state and future-state business processes. • Experience in developing process transformation strategies and execution plans. • Experience working directly with business owners to implement process improvements. • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. • Experience with AI workflow process reengineering or AI workflow integration. • Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives. • Bonus: Experience using Scribe for process documentation (HIGHLY PREFERRED)
