📋 Description

• Support design coordination activities for assigned brands, products, services, or experiences • Assist in managing design projects from initial strategy and design briefs through concept review and final design delivery • Work with internal teams and external creative agencies to develop design insights, concepts, and solutions • Handle inquiries and project tasks of moderate scope and complexity under general guidance • Follow defined design approaches, systems, processes, and procedures • Coordinate with design community members and technical specialists to obtain design specifications, input, and guidance • Contribute to design solutions supporting innovation, product, service, or brand experience goals • Complete project assignments to continue professional development and build design expertise

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or higher, completed and verified prior to start • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, SolidWorks, Sketchbook Pro, or similar programs • Entry-level experience in design coordination, brand design, product design, service design, or a related field • Strong creativity, curiosity, and passion for design • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities • Strong storytelling skills and ability to communicate design ideas clearly and effectively • Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external creative partners • Ability to follow established processes and procedures with regular supervision • Interest in developing design expertise and applying design best practices • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status • May include up to 10% domestic/international travel
