📋 Description

• Implement strategies set by leadership to drive new product introductions, promotional programs, and training in the territory. • Selling 3M products including Abrasives, Tapes, Masking Systems and Safety. • Supports the retailer/distributor along with the end-user (home improvement trades) to provide solutions to improve job-site efficiencies and training with our portfolios. • Presenting relevant information and products to customers in face-to-face presentations as well as phone calls or e-mails • Demonstrating to customers how to use 3M products and how they will add value to their company. • Willingness to be on call to support your customers’ needs in your geography.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) • Current, valid Driver’s License • Master’s degree in business administration from an accredited institution (preferred) • Three (3) years of territory sales in a private, public, government or military environment • Presentation skills across many types of customers and end-users • Strong data analytics and negotiation skills • Bi-Lingual preferred; English/Spanish • Experience translating customer needs into creative solutions • Ability and willingness to prioritize multiple customers, self-motivate, and be held accountable for setting and meeting goals.
