📋 Description

• Recruit, onboard, and manage strategic channel partners. • Develop joint business plans and sales strategies with partners. • Train and enable partners on products, positioning, and sales processes. • Identify, qualify, and drive new business opportunities through the partner ecosystem. • Manage partner pipeline, forecasting, and revenue performance. • Support partners with presentations, demonstrations, proposals, and contract negotiations. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful implementations and customer satisfaction. • Track partner performance using CRM and provide regular business reviews. • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • 5+ years of channel sales, business development, or partner management experience. • Experience as a Parking Operator a plus. • Proven success building and growing indirect sales channels. • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills. • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce. • Ability to travel up to 50%.
