📋 Description

• Generate and grow volume within an assigned territory • Maximize Fifth Third's market penetration • Provide remote customer service and training to dealership personnel • Maintain and collect dealer accounts, including negative reserves and drafts • Develop and maintain volume levels aligned with territory objectives • Track applications, approvals, bookings, and submission/paperwork quality • Identify and close strategic dealer partnerships • Serve as liaison between dealers and Fifth Third departments • Develop dealership personnel relationships through training, deal structuring, credit involvement, paperwork assistance, and working deals • Gather and analyze competitive market data • Participate in pricing decisions • Establish and maintain relationships with Dealer Principals and key dealership personnel • Support cross-sell opportunities • Identify, suggest, and implement marketing opportunities and programs • Complete required reports and administrative duties promptly • Identify quality personnel for potential Fifth Third employment

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma required or equivalent • Some college preferred • Minimum of 2 years Consumer Indirect Lending or related field experience • Previous customer service experience required • Ability to work effectively with outside customers to resolve issues consistent with 5/3 guidelines, policies, and programs • Solid time and territory management skills • Ability to establish and maintain dealer relationships via telephone and/or periodic travel to the assigned territory
