📋 Description

• Monitor and analyze threat intelligence sources for new threats and tactics • Collect, process, and disseminate timely, actionable intelligence • Analyze malicious campaigns, threat actors, and unattributed activity • Develop relationships with external organizations to improve information sharing • Identify detection and collection gaps and help implement solutions • Produce intelligence reports and technical briefings for varied audiences • Collaborate with incident responders, threat emulation engineers, and developers • Present complex technical topics to senior management, stakeholders, and peers • Provide subject matter expertise for strategic Cyber projects and initiatives • Develop security solutions for medium- to highly complex information security issues • Assist with incident root-cause analysis and remediation of control gaps or failures • Escalate issues with severity, exposure, and action-item information • Mentor junior analysts • Maintain information security subject matter expertise and help business lines develop secure solutions • Identify, assess, manage, monitor, and report risks • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field, or other relevant experience • 5 to 10 years of experience analyzing/investigating cybersecurity threats and associated incidents • Understanding of the current threat landscape • Strong knowledge of Cyber Threat Intelligence principles, including IOC types, indicator pivoting, and indicator attribution strength • Ability to research and operationalize emerging AI technologies to counter AI-enabled adversary techniques and improve defensive controls • Ability to form hypotheses from research, validate them using data, and communicate findings • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, writing, communication, and briefing skills • Motivation to analyze internal and open-source data for threat information • Position not available for immigration sponsorship • Nice to have: experience working remotely with geographically distributed teams • Nice to have: network and host malware detection engineering experience • Nice to have: YARA, infrastructure tracking, reverse engineering, and indicator pivoting skills • Nice to have: experience tracking apex cyber actors and familiarity with their TTPs and attribution features • Nice to have: scripting language experience for automation • Nice to have: information security community experience, such as blogs, published papers, or conference presentations
