📋 Description
• Advise on consolidating multiple Microsoft 365 tenants into a single enterprise tenant following M&A activities • Guide strategic deployment and integration of Microsoft Copilot across the enterprise workforce • Serve as principal subject matter expert for Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Power Platform • Partner with client leadership and internal teams on consulting, architecture recommendations, and migration strategy • Identify risk factors, technical dependencies, and best practices for enterprise digital workplace transformations • Report directly to the Engagement Lead
🎯 Requirements
• Proven track record scoping, planning, and implementing M365 tenant-to-tenant migrations driven by mergers and acquisitions • Deep expert-level knowledge of Microsoft 365, specifically Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Power Platform • Direct, hands-on experience driving enterprise rollouts and adoption strategies for Microsoft Copilot • Exceptional client-facing skills and strategic advisory capabilities • Experience acting as a trusted consultant to senior leadership • Industry background or prior engagement experience in Healthcare and Life Sciences is nice to have • Familiarity with additional generative AI capabilities and tools such as Claude or Gemini is nice to have
