📋 Description

• Independently plan and manage assigned website projects according to the applicable Statement of Work • Balance stakeholder expectations regarding project timeline, cost, and scope • Build and manage project plans to deliver expected results • Coordinate project activities and communications to achieve agreed-upon outcomes • Facilitate and track adherence to the Statement of Work, including proactive change-order management • Create change-order estimates and draft client-comprehensible change-order documents • Identify and manage project risks, issues, decisions, and changes • Collaborate across multiple teams to manage priorities and deliver results • Monitor and communicate project status effectively • Adjust resources and priorities as needed • Ensure teams have the assets, tools, and support required to complete project goals • Support website builds and ongoing support engagements on an as-needed, project-by-project basis

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience (agency experience ideal) • Proven track record and significant experience delivering website projects • In-depth knowledge of project management processes, methodologies, and practices • Expertise or deep familiarity with the website development process (WordPress knowledge is ideal) • Proven track record with cross-functional collaboration and achieving high client satisfaction • Experience defining and managing project workflows • Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite • Experience with design tools (Figma ideal) • Experience with project management tools (ClickUp ideal) • Comfortable with client-facing interactions and independently managing client relationships on smaller accounts when needed • Comfort managing stakeholder expectations and feedback • Outstanding interpersonal skills • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, risk management, and tactical execution capabilities • Initiative and strong problem-solving skills • U.S. work authorization required; must answer whether employment visa sponsorship is needed
