📋 Description

• Own the architecture, performance, security, and day-to-day operation of the Pigment instance • Serve as the primary escalation point for platform issues, access governance, and data integrity concerns • Design and maintain Pigment data models, applications, dimensions, metrics, and access rights • Define and enforce data governance standards, SLAs, reconciliation processes, and source-system validation • Build and maintain automated data flows from NetSuite, Snowflake, and other source systems • Implement error detection and alerting for data quality issues • Manage and audit user access, roles, and permissions • Lead production of monthly consolidated financial statements in Pigment • Coordinate CFO sub-functions to ensure timely reporting inputs • Consolidate forecasts and validate forecast-to-actual reconciliation • Design executive dashboards and variance reporting • Prepare cash flow forecasts, covenant monitoring, and scenario analysis • Prepare quarterly and annual board deck materials for the CFO • Lead month-end reconciliation between Pigment, NetSuite, and sub-ledgers • Advise the CFO, VP of Finance, and business leaders on reporting needs and Pigment requirements • Run office hours and community sessions to train users on Pigment • Champion automation and self-service analytics • Identify reporting gaps and propose solutions with data requirements, timelines, and SLAs • Adapt to shifting priorities and deliver commitments on time

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive finance experience • At least 3 years managing or supporting a corporate FP&A/reporting platform, specifically Pigment • Experience consolidating financial data from multiple source systems • Strong foundation in financial reporting, balance sheet structure, and consolidation mechanics in a platform environment • Advanced Pigment expertise, including designing data models, writing formulas, configuring access rights, troubleshooting performance issues, and building applications from scratch • Familiarity with ETL concepts and cloud data warehouses; Snowflake preferred • Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting financial results and data insights to C-suite leaders and technical stakeholders • Experience managing system implementations, vendor relationships, and cross-functional projects in a SaaS or technology environment • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field • CPA, CMA, or other relevant certification preferred • For US jobs, participation in the E-Verify program
