β’ Build advertising strategies with your teamβs content marketer, designer, and account director by identifying the best messages and channels for the audience. β’ Build and manage ad campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and more. β’ Conduct in-depth research to find the ideal keywords and audiences to target. β’ Achieve target advertising results through account monitoring, A/B testing, and collaborating with your team on how to adjust strategy. β’ Lead client communication for your work β communicate over calls what your strategy is, how youβre executing it, and what progress looks like. β’ Learn business models and bottom-line factors for your clients, and make strategy decisions accordingly. β’ Diagnose campaign performance issues and use strong critical thinking to create action plans to course correct when goals are off target. β’ Take new information and training as an accelerator to personal growth, translating guidance into new action on your client accounts. β’ Keep your strategic and technical knowledge updated by constantly learning about new marketing trends, economics, business strategy, and platform/channel updates.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in marketing or related field (preferred, not required) β’ 2-5 years experience in ads management (salary adjusts based on proven experience) β’ Experience reaching key advertising metrics based on campaign strategy and execution β’ Strong analytical skills with extreme attention to detail β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills β’ Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills β’ Self-starter who is always trying to learn more in an ever-changing environment β’ Experience in at least 2-4 ad platforms : Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, Twitter Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager β’ Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets
