📋 Description

• Fulfill domestic travel requests for airline, hotel, and car rentals • Ensure the lowest cost for booked itineraries and maximum commission claimed • Provide exceptional customer service by communicating travel-related information • Utilize SABRE GDS to manage corporate travel bookings • Promote fares, rates, and suppliers aligned with client travel program policies • Maintain professional and courteous client relations through prompt telephone and email responses • Stay informed of airline rules, regulations, and current affairs • Achieve individual and contractual service-level goals related to telephone, quality, and productivity

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • 4+ years of active Travel Consultant experience in the past 6 years • 1+ year of international travel experience preferred • Experience in Corporate Travel required • Proficiency in SABRE GDS required • Candidates must live within the territory: Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, New Jersey, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Virginia, Washington, DC, or West Virginia • Availability for the specified schedule, with all hours in Eastern Time
