🎯 Requirements

• Sales experience highly preferred • Ability during paid training to obtain and maintain Property & Casualty / Personal Lines and Life Insurance licenses; not required prior to hire • Strong computer skills • Organizational abilities • High school diploma required • College degree preferred • Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form • Ability to source and develop leads through prospecting and networking • Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales goals • Ability to deliver excellent customer service and maintain client retention • Commitment to building a successful career
