📋 Description

• Lead the Retail Insurance Sales Team in the Kansas, Oklahoma and South Dakota markets • Work from home and travel throughout the market 2 to 3 days a week • Drive Insurance Sales through training and coaching Insurance Sales Agents • Inspire agents to develop creative solutions for lead generation and referrals • Develop, implement, and update sales plans and strategies to increase revenue growth • Manage staffing needs, including hiring, training, and reviewing Property and Casualty insurance sales associates • Foster a Shared Values working environment • Develop cross-selling techniques and educate associates on procedures • Monitor individual performance and sales results • Develop and implement quality assessment tools and metrics • Develop the annual budget for the Sales Department • Provide strategic sales direction for Sales Associates • Research, analyze, and monitor demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize competitive activity effects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 8 to 10 years of experience working in the Property and Casualty insurance industry • 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in a sales-oriented environment • Ability to lead and coach individuals to meet goals and objectives • An active Property & Casualty license required • Ability to obtain a Life license within 60 days of hire • Experience with Salesforce, Applied EPIC, and multiple carriers/rater platforms preferred • Excellent project management and training skills • Candidates must reside in Kansas, Oklahoma or South Dakota
