📋 Description
• Handle a full inventory of complex litigated files • Advise and mentor less senior attorneys • Conduct all phases of personal injury litigation • Appears and advocates on behalf of CSAA IG and its member insureds • Anticipates and advises on potential legal issues
🎯 Requirements
• 10-12+ years of experience in insurance defense practice • Juris Doctorate and license to practice law in California • Proficient in personal injury litigation • Strong negotiation skills • Ability to work collaboratively with assigned paralegal(s) and support staff
