📋 Description

• Work closely with the Senior Director, Strategy to help define and drive AAA Life's strategy • Develop and implement the company's overall corporate strategy aligned with business goals and objectives • Conduct market and customer research and analysis to support near- and long-term growth strategy • Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams to formulate strategic initiatives, business plans, and performance metrics • Develop and deliver reports, presentations, and communications to senior management, the AAA Life board, and AAA Club executive stakeholders • Lead strategic projects and initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and product/service expansions, from ideation through execution • Assess internal capabilities and resources, identify improvement areas, and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes and recommend strategic adjustments

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, strategic planning, or a related field • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and partnering with stakeholders to advance strategic priorities • Analytical capabilities using data, market insights, and financial analysis to inform decision-making • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including financial modeling, business analysis, and executive-level presentations • Preferred: Experience with a leading management consulting firm, including 3+ years of strategy consulting experience • Preferred: MBA, master's degree, or equivalent advanced business, analytical, or strategy-related experience • Preferred: Experience in insurance, financial services, fintech, or another regulated industry • Preferred: Experience in strategy, operations, marketing, product, distribution, finance, corporate development, or a related function • Preferred: Experience conducting market assessments, competitive analysis, and customer or industry research • Preferred: Experience presenting recommendations to executive leadership and influencing strategic decisions • Preferred: Experience mentoring team members and contributing to an inclusive, collaborative team environment
