• Lead structured discovery and business case development for enterprise-level strategic initiatives, including digital transformation and business modernization efforts • Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements • Facilitate complex stakeholder interviews, workshops, and working sessions • Validate, prioritize, and align requirements with strategic objectives • Provide analysis and recommendations for solution options, tradeoffs, and implementation approaches • Analyze current-state processes, workflows, and systems • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement • Develop future-state process designs aligned to business goals and strategic outcomes • Support change impact analysis and readiness planning • Conduct user, member, or stakeholder journey mapping • Perform value stream mapping to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities • Ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value and outcomes • Translate requirements into executable work items and delivery plans • Support backlog creation, refinement, and prioritization • Clarify requirements throughout execution to reduce rework and scope churn • Bridge business stakeholders, delivery teams, and vendors • Provide project leadership for select initiatives • Manage scope, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communication • Support portfolio intake, initiative scoping, readiness, sequencing, capacity planning, and prioritization • Contribute to enterprise business analysis practices, standards, templates, and toolkits
• Advanced expertise in business analysis and requirements elicitation techniques • Ability to lead complex discovery in cross-functional, enterprise environments • Strong experience with process mapping, journey mapping, and value stream analysis • Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and recommendations • Strong facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and evolving initiative contexts • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Clear, executive-ready written and verbal communication skills • Ability to balance discovery rigor with delivery pragmatism • Proficiency in delivery, BA, and PMO tools, software, and methodologies • Ability to communicate effectively across multiple channels and asynchronously in a remote-first working environment • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field • 7+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or hybrid role • Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting enterprise-scale initiatives or programs • Experience building or maturing PMO/business analysis capabilities, including toolkits and standards • Experience working closely with delivery teams, vendors, or technology partners • Experience supporting major organizational transformation and modernization efforts
• Fully remote work arrangement • Ability to travel up to 10% for company meetings or planning sessions
