📋 Description

• Work closely with Project Managers to coordinate high demand projects within U.S. Data Center Services • Support execution of project activities and help ensure on-time delivery within project budget and the operating model • Conduct analysis of plan versus actual project performance • Monitor and release requests for invoicing, including follow-up on delays and errors • Coordinate administrative tasks and ensure documentation and follow-up via email, SharePoint, and Project Management software • Meet internal and customer-driven SLAs and response times across assigned projects • Assist the project manager with scheduling kickoff and recurring stakeholder meetings • Troubleshoot and resolve coordination and administrative concerns • Act as backup support to the project manager on weekly calls • Review project plans and ensure site safety and integrity topics are identified and addressed before project commencement

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required • 3+ years of project support experience required • Current experience with Microsoft Office Suite required, including Excel, Outlook, and Word • Strong written and verbal communication skills required • Ability to work across all U.S. based time zones as needed • Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US • Combination of higher education and relevant work experience highly preferred • CAPM certification or PMP highly preferred • 2+ years experience in Electrical-based project management or project support highly preferred • Microsoft Project Planner a plus
