📋 Description

• Work closely with Project Managers to coordinate high demand projects within U.S. Data Center Services. • Support execution of project activities. • Help ensure on-time delivery within project budget and the operating model. • Conduct analysis of plan versus actual project performance. • Monitor and release requests for invoicing, including follow-up on delays and errors. • Coordinate administrative tasks and ensure proper documentation and follow-up via email, SharePoint, and Project Management software. • Meet internal and customer-driven SLAs and response times. • Assist the project manager with scheduling kickoff and recurring stakeholder meetings. • Troubleshoot and resolve coordination and administrative concerns. • Act as backup support to the project manager on weekly calls. • Review project plans and ensure site safety and integrity topics are identified and addressed before project commencement.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required. • 3+ years of project support experience required. • CAPM certification or PMP highly preferred. • 2+ years experience in Electrical-based project management or project support highly preferred. • Current experience with Microsoft Office Suite required, including Excel, Outlook, and Word. • Microsoft Project Planner a plus. • Strong written and verbal communication skills required. • Ability to work across all U.S. based time zones as needed. • Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
