📋 Description

• Oversee all aspects of employee relocation and international assignments • Develop and implement strategies to support global talent mobility objectives • Manage end-to-end process of employee mobility including assignment planning and immigration processes • Ensure compliance with international laws and regulations • Collaborate with HR business partners and stakeholders • Collect and analyze data related to mobility programs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, international relations, or a related field • Advanced degree or certifications such as GMS, CRP, or SCRP are a valuable asset • At least 10 years of leadership experience in global mobility management • In-depth understanding of international immigration laws, tax regulations, and employment compliance • Strong project management skills • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Analytical mindset and proficiency in using data analysis and reporting tools
