📋 Description

• Oversee the delivery of service projects and ABB Customer Care Agreements within our North American region. • Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring that customer requirements and all targets are met. • Provide excellent service at every stage of the customer orders. • Monitor customer service orders to ensure best practices in cost control, resource efficiency and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE). • Analyze and address project risks, and regularly disseminate lessons learned. • Work with other functions to coordinate contract negotiations and claims with customers. • Prepare quotes and implement contract changes based on customer requests. • Achieve service order deliverables and compliance with contract requirements. • Coordinate project team effort including engineering, testing, site work activities and sub-contractors. • Review status, monitor, analyze and report on contract performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or similar Engineering highly preferred or equivalent work experience. • 5+ years’ experience managing industrial control systems and electrical apparatus projects. • Experience in industrial and/or utilities markets is required. • Demonstrated experience in management of project scope, cost, financial analysis, schedules and vendors/subcontractors. • Collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills. • Project Management PMP designation is desired. • Fluent in English. • French communication skills as an asset. • Strong computer skills – SAP or other ERP and MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
