📋 Description

• Partner with Revenue and Cash Enhancement stakeholders and Epic delivery teams across Abbott Cancer Diagnostics. • Translate business needs into scalable solutions within the Epic EHR. • Gather business requirements and analyze problem spaces. • Define user stories, acceptance criteria, product vision, roadmap, and backlog. • Verify development work meets stakeholder requirements. • Serve as a bridge between business partners and technical teams. • Act as the voice of the customer for product-area stakeholders. • Analyze and recommend solutions using cost-benefit analysis and business strategy alignment. • Maintain gap analyses, process flow charts, decision tables, features, and business requirements documentation. • Execute implementation plans, compose SOPs, and participate in design reviews and walkthroughs. • Track post-implementation product performance and recommend continuous improvements. • Define KPIs and metrics, monitor performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions. • Collaborate with Quality Engineering to define requirements and acceptance criteria for testing. • Create and maintain product roadmaps. • Communicate product strategy, roadmap, progress, updates, and releases to stakeholders, executives, partners, and customers. • Manage stakeholder expectations and prioritize competing demands. • Participate in squad ceremonies, review completed work, provide feedback, and accept work as applicable. • Groom and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with product strategy and OKRs. • Maintain customer and business partner relationships. • Collaborate across a cross-cultural, complex matrixed environment and build consensus. • Mentor, coach, and provide technical guidance to junior team members. • Support the company Quality Management System and uphold company values.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree in field as outlined in the essential duties. • 2+ years of relevant professional experience. • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products/services. • Experience applying modern product management, product discovery, and product delivery techniques and methods. • Expertise with product management platforms and tools. • Ability to facilitate product vision, strategic roadmaps, and go-to-market strategy. • Advanced problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills. • Advanced business analysis skills, including process and user flow definition and business KPIs. • Advanced ability to translate complex requirements into epics, features, stories, and acceptance criteria. • Some experience with A/B testing, user testing, user interviews, and conversion funnels. • Experience engaging constructively with engineers, designers, researchers, SMEs, and company leaders. • Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation. • Currently authorized to work in the country where work will be performed; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable. • Preferred: Experience optimizing and enhancing Epic EHR systems, preferably Professional Billing and Resolute. • Preferred: At least one relevant Epic software application certification. • Preferred: Experience in life science, healthcare, bioinformatics, wellness, or digital health. • Preferred: Knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Google Analytics, AB Tasty, Optimizely, MoEngage, Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.
