📋 Description

• Lead digital health solutions and laboratory informatics implementation projects from planning through execution • Deliver projects within scope, timeline, and business objectives • Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle • Coordinate activities across sales, service, delivery, and implementation teams • Partner with customer IT and laboratory stakeholders on LIS integrations and connectivity initiatives • Collaborate on implementations involving EPIC Beaker, Cerner, Meditech, Sunquest, Soft, and comparable platforms • Support deployment of diagnostic instruments, laboratory automation, middleware applications, and digital health technologies • Develop project plans, timelines, resource strategies, risk assessments, and contingency plans • Manage project scope, issues, risks, and change requests • Maintain project records and status reporting in enterprise project management systems • Facilitate customer and internal team alignment through operating reviews and communications • Monitor progress against customer commitments, revenue projections, and implementation milestones • Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies • Collaborate with third-party vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve technical and operational issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline • Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years leading projects or project teams • At least 3 years of experience working in IT-related roles or supporting IT-focused projects • Experience managing project plans, timelines, resources, budgets, and stakeholder expectations • Demonstrated experience implementing software, hardware, digital health, or healthcare technology solutions • Must be based in a metro US city by an international airport • Willingness to travel 50% of the time
