📋 Description

• Formulates sales strategies for markets within the assigned geography • Identifies and evaluates market opportunities and sales potential • Manages and coaches sales representatives, clinical representatives, and other field personnel • Negotiates contracts with external customers • Develops and executes organizational and operational policies • Monitors compliance with company policies and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 5+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience • Ability to provide direction and monitor progress of exempt specialists and/or supervisory staff • Experience in quality system environments • Verification of vendor credentialing requirements, including vaccination for COVID-19
