📋 Description

• Serve as the department's primary vendor support and liaison, including training, onboarding, documentation creation, audit support, and communication monitoring between Exact Sciences and vendor daily operations • Support leadership in the department's Quality Program and evaluate suggested changes • Own escalated system issues between the Revenue Cycle Team and Systems • Assist leadership with daily assignments and prioritization of the Specialist team's workload • Onboard new team members • Partner with peers across the Revenue Cycle Team to ensure effective communication • Support development of departmental workflows for new tests • Assist Specialists as directed by leadership • Lead meetings in the absence of leadership • Use Microsoft Office and EMR reporting tools to support team initiatives and leadership requests • Participate in cross-departmental projects • Contribute to process improvement initiatives • Complete assigned tasks accurately within established timelines • Maintain professional relationships and communication with team members, clients, and associates • Support and comply with the company's Quality Management System policies and procedures • Maintain reliable attendance and designated schedules, including overtime as needed • Perform typing activities and work on a mobile device, tablet, or computer screen for approximately 90% of a typical workday

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) • 4+ years of experience in Billing, Insurance, or Revenue Cycle functions, including interpreting remittances (EOPs), handling rejections, and managing appeals • 4+ years of experience using multiple computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Epic, and OnBase • Proven ability to solve complex problems related to workflow processes • Working knowledge of HIPAA regulations • Working knowledge of medical terminology, medical billing, and insurance terminology • Working knowledge of EDI transactions and insurance payer communications • Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship • Experience with project management preferred • Peer mentoring experience preferred • Experience supporting multiple workstreams concurrently preferred • Experience creating and maintaining process documentation using Microsoft Excel or similar applications preferred
