📋 Description

• Lead planning and execution of complex AI/ML projects in life sciences • Collaborate with biostatisticians and data scientists • Design software solutions utilizing AI methodologies • Set up Agile frameworks for rapid solution delivery • Provide leadership in AI strategy development • Mentor junior team members • Contribute to intellectual property portfolio • Uphold company values through accountability and inclusion

🎯 Requirements

• Ph.D in Statistics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, or related quantitative field OR Master’s Degree in above fields plus 4 years relevant experience • 5+ years of experience in statistics, computational biology, applied mathematics, or related quantitative field • 5+ years of experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms • Mastery of advanced AI concepts (e.g., artificial neural networks, deep learning) • Experience in NLP, image processing, or pattern recognition • Programming skills in Python or related ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) • Knowledge of open-source AI models • Excellent communication skills • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
