📋 Description

• Leverage claims, accounts, and operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities across the revenue cycle continuum • Compile and synthesize large datasets into insights supporting decision-making, business cases, and leadership strategy • Conduct root cause analyses of reimbursement delays, denials, and other revenue-impacting issues; recommend scalable solutions • Translate analytical findings into summaries, dashboards, and reports for Finance, Revenue Cycle, and Operations stakeholders • Collaborate with internal partners to streamline workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and support proactive issue resolution • Serve as a subject matter expert on claims adjudication, payment posting, denial trends, and payer behaviors • Create, refine, and manage SOPs for account resolution, escalation workflows, and analytical best practices • Design and maintain performance dashboards and scorecards for KPIs and performance gaps • Support implementation of technologies, tools, and reporting capabilities • Promote data-driven accountability by identifying process breakdowns and collaborating on remediation strategies • Work primarily in a seated role with keyboard use for at least 50% of the workday

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations, analytics, or reimbursement strategy • Strong data analysis skills and ability to synthesize findings into actionable recommendations • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI • Experience working in or with electronic health record systems, preferably Epic • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, healthcare administration, data analytics, or another relevant field • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to present complex findings to technical and non-technical audiences • Preferred: experience in diagnostics, medical devices, health systems, or payer/provider environments • Preferred: proficiency in Epic, including Slicer Dicer • Preferred: familiarity with CARC/RARC codes, denial management, and claims workflows • Preferred: cross-departmental collaboration to influence outcomes and solve complex issues • Ability to travel 5% of the time
