📋 Description

• Lead estimation of enhancement or support requests • Guide workflow design, configure and test system changes, and analyze technical issues • Liaise with business systems stakeholders and software vendor implementation staff • Align business needs with delivery of systems changes • Develop understanding of operational needs and improve workflows with technology • Participate in training and work with end users • Troubleshoot problems and questions • Provide end-user support for issues entered into tracking systems • Review project and issue status with project leadership • Assign or delegate configuration and other activities to Application Analysts or Managed Services team members • Act as delegate for Applications Manager during incident or problem resolution • Mentor peers and junior analysts and provide leadership to solve problems • Lead internal process design and documentation for continuous improvement • Work within cross-functional teams and communicate with project leadership, subject matter experts, and stakeholders • Support and comply with the company’s Quality Management System policies and procedures • Maintain regular and reliable attendance • Work standard business hours and on-call coverage, with potential nights and weekends

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field; or high school degree/general education diploma and 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of Bachelor’s degree • 5+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions in an application analyst or project delivery role • Subject Matter Expert in patient identification workflows in healthcare, revenue cycle, CRM & MyChart, Patient Registration, or lab order entry • Possession of or ability to obtain relevant Epic software application(s) certification within 8 weeks of hire • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship • Demonstrated ability to perform the Essential Duties with or without accommodation • Ability to work normal business hours, on-call, nights, and weekends as needed • Ability to travel approximately 5% of working time • Current certification in Epic Beaker CP or EpicCare Link (preferred) • Additional relevant Epic certifications (preferred) • Experience supporting or configuring Epic Aura workflows, especially from the perspective of a reference lab (preferred) • Experience in a health system, reference laboratory, biotechnology, or life sciences environment (preferred) • Experience supporting multiple Epic applications and cross-functional Epic workflows (preferred) • Experience supporting clinical laboratory operations, pathology, genetics, or oncology workflows (preferred) • Experience leading medium-to-large Epic projects, upgrades, workflow optimizations, or major application enhancements (preferred)
