📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive engineering, sales, educational, and technical support for CRM products • Respond to field inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field sales staff • Act as a senior clinical interface between the medical community and the business • Build and sustain credible business relationships with customers • Provide regional case coverage and support on CRM products, related technical knowledge, trends, and players • Develop, lead, and facilitate training sessions and programs for healthcare professionals • Provide sales support, regional training seminars, clinical studies/data collection, troubleshooting, and new product in-service training • Mentor and provide leadership for less experienced Clinical Specialists • Continuously develop engineering, sales, and technical skills related to the Arrhythmia Management strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Bio-Medical Engineering, related field, or equivalent healthcare experience • 4+ years of related experience or a program certification from an accredited cardiac training program • Must have certifications in CRM products • Demonstrated knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, or cardiac electro-physiology procedures • Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures and protocol • Advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems • Ability to apply engineering skills to interpret and solve complex clinical problems • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, analytical, and organizational abilities • Ability to meet deadlines effectively • Detail-oriented and capable of working independently • Ability to collaborate with engineers, technical specialists, vendors, and customers • Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and efficiently • Extensive personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office or equivalent software • Ability to develop presentation materials • Ability to travel 50% of the time
