📋 Description

• Provides technical, clinical, and device programming assistance primarily in support of Territory Managers • Delivers high quality service and technical support for accounts • Demonstrates proficiency in complex programming, troubleshooting, and case support • Provides mentorship and training to assigned Clinical Specialists • Delivers longitudinal patient follow-up care by monitoring therapy progress • Supports customer engagement activities by interacting with existing and prospective healthcare providers • Uses clinical expertise to identify customer training needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience • 6+ years of relevant work experience as a Clinical Specialist • 6+ years of experience working with patients in a clinical setting • Exceptional clinical competence • Ability and willingness to travel within assigned area on a regular basis • Capable and willing to work an unpredictable schedule that may change on short notice • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels and to large groups within and outside the organization
