📋 Description

• Provide national and regional scientific leadership by executing high impact initiatives • Demonstrate expert level regional and national territory planning • Serve as a senior scientific expert and mentor • Lead or co lead high impact Medical Affairs projects • Provide strategic medical leadership at scientific congresses • Act as a subject matter expert with comprehensive scientific knowledge • Support and mentor ADC Fellows • Establish and maintain high impact scientific relationships • Develop and execute a robust, compliant territory engagement plan • Conduct high level scientific exchange with healthcare providers

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree required: PhD, DNP, MD/DO, PharmD, or DMSc • Minimum of 4 years of Medical Affairs experience in pharmaceutical, medical device or biotech industries • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence diverse stakeholders • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills • Ability to translate complex scientific information into clear, actionable insights • Commitment to compliance, scientific integrity, documentation excellence, and sustained scientific credibility
