📋 Description

• Develop and maintain relationships with key physicians and site-specific stakeholders to achieve clinical trial enrollment objectives • Streamline patient screening processes at participating sites • Conduct referral and educational activities to support therapy development • Define strategies to drive enrollment at clinical trial sites and meet enrollment targets • Establish regular touchpoints with site investigators and research teams • Elevate trial visibility and reinforce enrollment • Support site teams with tools and best practices to qualify trial candidates • Identify and address enrollment barriers • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure clinical site productivity • Implement escalation plans for clinical trial sites • Develop relationships with cardiologists, surgeons, and other key stakeholders • Gather patient-pipeline data, track enrollment progress, and identify trends • Facilitate clinical trial awareness activities and organize referral meetings • Use analytical tools for referral activity planning • Raise clinical trial awareness through newsletters, banners, and social media • Coordinate communications to prioritize enrollment activities and support excellent procedural outcomes • Maintain current product and clinical trial knowledge and participate in education programs • Take evening and weekend calls occasionally for time-sensitive patient and customer needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred • Degree in the sciences, medicine, nursing, or similar discipline highly preferred • Minimum of 8+ years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience • Significant experience in a field-based role in the medical device industry • Experience with both sales and clinical research, particularly field clinical affairs, is a plus • Ability to lead and/or facilitate educational programs for healthcare professionals • Familiarity with Structural Heart and cardiac catheterization lab procedures and protocol • Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment • Ability to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projects • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines • Strong organizational, leadership, follow-up, and attention-to-detail skills • Ability to travel based on business need for 30% of the time • Demonstrated knowledge of cardiac medical procedures
