📋 Description
• Lead, coach, and develop a regional team of Field Reimbursement Managers • Ensure FRMs deliver accurate, compliant support regarding coverage, coding, billing, payment, product acquisition, and affordability • Monitor team activity, capacity, and performance using available analytics, reporting tools, and business reviews • Maintain direct engagement with key accounts and customers when appropriate to resolve complex access or reimbursement issues
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred • Minimum 5 years of experience in coverage, coding, managed healthcare, and/or market access in neuroscience • Minimum 3 years of experience leading field teams • Experience in eye care, specialty products, physician-administered therapies, buy-and-bill, or specialty pharmacy preferred • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned geography
