📋 Description
• Support and partner with business teams and commercial leadership • Assess development needs and drive leadership training initiatives • Serve as a subject matter expert in leadership development • Design, plan, supervise, and implement effective development methods • Cultivate partnerships with BHR, corporate talent functions • Deliver leadership programs including Korn Ferry programs, TalentSmarts EQ • Execute annual strategic plan
🎯 Requirements
• Excellent communication skills including written and verbal • Ability to deliver high-impact presentations • Ability to give constructive feedback • Strong interpersonal skills • Experience in leading teams, preferably in sales and marketing leadership • Recognized as a leader among peers • Familiarity with adult learning principles • Bachelor’s degree required • 5+ years of managerial experience
