📋 Description

• Act as primary point of contact for investigative site • Connect stakeholders to investigative sites to strengthen AbbVie’s positioning • Train and motivate site staff on clinical trial program goals • Conduct site evaluation, training, monitoring activities, ensuring protocol compliance • Gather insights and utilize engagement tools to track progress • Mentor and train less experienced CRAs

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of clinically related experience • 6 months in clinical research monitoring of investigational drug or device trials • Familiar with risk‐based monitoring approach • Knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills • Strong planning and organizational skills • Advanced ability to leverage technology solutions • Excellent written, verbal, active listening and presentation skills • Ability to act with integrity according to AbbVie code of conduct
