📋 Description

• Function as a specialized in-office resource for healthcare providers (HCPs) • Engage directly with HCP offices to address patient access and reimbursement inquiries • Deliver expertise regarding coverage, reimbursement challenges, and support tools • Educate HCPs on AbbVie patient support programs and product acquisition options • Offer localized expertise on national and regional payer policies • Collaborate with AbbVie’s Access and Reimbursement Support Center • Report payer trends for approved products to Patient Services and Market Access teams • Establish and maintain professional relationships with providers • Maintain current knowledge on managed care, reimbursement, and policy trends

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in immunology or access and reimbursement • Expertise in market access and payer account management • Demonstrate expertise in drug acquisition and dispensing in specialty biologics • Exceptional territory and strategic account management abilities • Proven leadership record within current role • Functional knowledge of access and reimbursement support service centers • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong understanding of coding and billing requirements at the National and Regional level • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders without authority • Bachelor’s degree is required
