📋 Description

• Proactively engage allied healthcare professionals to provide product and disease education supporting patient management before, during, and after approved therapies • Provide ongoing education and resources on patient management, dosing and administration, and side-effect management • Collaborate with regional field teams within established ways-of-working guidelines • Conduct in-person engagements with healthcare professionals within the territory, with virtual interactions when requested or required • Evaluate customers' educational needs • Provide disease-state education to allied healthcare clinicians • Educate clinicians on appropriate patient identification and the role of Venclexta in treating CLL • Identify key allied healthcare clinicians in targeted accounts • Support local patient advocacy groups and meetings • Attend and support relevant national, regional, and local conferences and meetings • Document customer interactions and educational activities • Manage allocated resources

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in nursing/PA required • Current active HCP license • 7+ years of clinical oncology/hematology experience • Recent clinical Hematology experience required • Experience in academic and/or community oncology practice working with Hematology/Oncology patients • Experience and relationships with healthcare clinicians within the assigned region preferred • Ability to travel regionally and nationally • Intermediate computer skills, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and similar software • Must satisfy applicable healthcare industry representative (HCIR) credentialing requirements • Must be in good standing and/or eligible to obtain required HCIR credentials • May need to complete background checks, drug screens, immunization/vaccination verification, fingerprinting, and specific state or city licenses
