📋 Description

• Recruit and screen host families for international high school students • Build relationships with local schools and community organizations • Match students with suitable host families • Provide ongoing support to students and host families throughout the program • Act as an advocate and mediator when concerns arise • Conduct regular check-ins with students, host families, and schools • Complete monthly progress reports and required documentation • Participate in community outreach and host family recruitment initiatives • Promote cultural exchange opportunities within the local area
