📋 Description

• Own pricing and packaging for Abnormal AI’s email security bundles and new products • Recommend bundle structure, pricing, metering, and a la carte pricing • Determine count-based, usage-based, consumption-based, or credit-based pricing models • Continuously reassess pricing and packaging across the existing product portfolio • Build and run a pricing decision-making cadence with senior leadership • Work with Sales Operations, Billing, and CPQ teams to implement pricing decisions, including rate cards, CPQ configuration, and contract templates • Train sales teams on pricing strategy, packaging rationale, and negotiation guardrails • Analyze win/loss trends, discounting, deal size, and competitive positioning • Benchmark competitors and adjacent markets • Use AI tools to model pricing scenarios, analyze deal and usage data, and accelerate competitive research

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in pricing strategy, packaging, or monetization, ideally in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity • Proven track record owning pricing end to end, from recommendation through decision to implementation • Direct experience with usage-based, consumption-based, or credit-pool pricing models, ideally for AI or security products • Experience managing pricing across an existing multi-product portfolio • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including building pricing models and analyzing deal and discount data • Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority over Product, Sales, or Finance • Experience partnering with Sales Operations, Billing, and CPQ teams • Experience in cybersecurity or enterprise security software • Hands-on experience with CPQ platforms such as Salesforce CPQ and deal desk processes is nice to have • MBA or equivalent strategy, finance, or consulting background is nice to have
