Abode Money is a consumer-focused home finance service that helps homeowners lower their property tax bills by analyzing assessed values, building appeal cases, and filing paperwork on their behalf. The company offers an online workflow where users enter an address for an instant assessment analysis, pays a single annual flat fee (no percentage of savings), and benefits from a Savings Guarantee™ if no savings are found. In addition to property tax appeals, Abode Money monitors and flags savings opportunities for homeowner insurance, utilities, exemptions, and mortgage-related savings (PMI removal and refinancing opportunities). The service is delivered via a digital platform and is marketed directly to homeowners.
