• Support the credentialing and recredentialing of healthcare providers • Conduct primary source verification of provider credentials (licenses, education, board certifications, work history) • Maintain accurate and up-to-date provider records within credentialing systems • Track expiration dates for licenses, certifications, and malpractice insurance • Prepare credentialing and recredentialing files for review and approval • Communicate with providers to obtain required documentation and resolve discrepancies • Support audits, accreditation reviews, and compliance reporting • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards • Respond to internal and external credentialing inquiries in a timely and professional manner • Perform data entry and administrative support related to provider enrollment
• High school diploma or equivalent • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information • Previous administrative, healthcare operations, or data entry experience (preferred) • Familiarity with credentialing software or provider databases (MP3, Echo, NOW, CAQH, etc.) (preferred) • Basic understanding of healthcare compliance or regulatory requirements (preferred)
