📋 Description

• Manage a docket of workers’ compensation cases to resolution • Prepare clients for depositions • Attend depositions • Invoice depositions • Respond to client inquiries requiring attorney negotiations and move matters toward resolution • Respond to incoming emails and phone calls • Provide direction and guidance to non-attorneys as needed • Report directly to an assigned Senior Associate • Collaborate substantively and administratively with paralegals and support staff • Participate in team events during and after work hours • Provide feedback to management to improve client service and firm performance

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates MUST be California State Barred and reside in the state of California • Newly barred attorneys or attorneys who have taken the February 2025 Bar are encouraged to apply • Candidates must be in good standing with the California State Bar • Comfortable with fast-paced work environments • Doctors' deposition experience (preferred) • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Degree required • Full-time employment
