• Analyze intake files and identify potential employment law violations, damages, and liability • Conduct client interviews to gather and clarify critical facts • Assess claim viability and prepare written case evaluations • Make clear, well-supported recommendations to attorneys • Collaborate with attorneys during the case underwriting process • Communicate with clients professionally and compassionately • Maintain accurate records and documentation in the case management system
• 1–2 years of experience in employment law, litigation support, or pre-litigation evaluation • Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred • Excellent writing, critical thinking, and analytical skills • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities • Detail-oriented with strong time-management and organizational skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required
