📋 Description

• Help lead and supervise the Workers' Compensation practice • Work directly with the Managing Partner • Provide strategic direction within the Workers' Compensation team • Guide attorneys and support staff • Advise on complex legal matters, case evaluations, and settlement negotiations • Mentor and develop fellow attorneys • Handle trials, hearings, and negotiations as needed • Conduct client educational webinars • Address escalated client matters • Foster a positive, collaborative, team-oriented culture

🎯 Requirements

• JD • Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar • 5–7 years of Workers’ Compensation experience • Applicant and Defense experience preferred • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities • Excellent written, verbal, and negotiation skills
