📋 Description
• Managing a docket of cases to resolution • Preparing clients for depositions • Attending depositions • Invoicing • Responding to client inquiries requiring attorney negotiations • Providing direction and guidance to non-attorneys • Participation in team events during and after work hours
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ Years of Workers' Compensation Experience Required • Comfortable with fast-paced work environments • Doctors' deposition experience (preferred) • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Candidates must be in good standing with the California State Bar
