📋 Description

• Conduct intake evaluations, including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments • Design treatment plans of care • Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians • Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with individually tailored goals • Supervise and train ABA technicians • Implement, model, and monitor individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians • Support families during conversations to ensure parents understand assessment results and treatment recommendations • Graph data and adjust strategies to ensure progress • Provide routine progress summaries • Deliver individually tailored ABA treatment plans in homes, schools, and centers

🎯 Requirements

• Valid BCBA Certificate • BCBA certification required • Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities • Vehicle required for travel between assignments • Valid driver's license • Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work • Available Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed • Up to 25% travel
