📋 Description

• Build and maintain relationships with national and regional KOLs, HCPs, patient advocacy groups, and centers of excellence aligned to Medical Affairs strategy • Lead scientific exchange with thought leaders, including discussions on research, clinical data, and emerging therapies • Support clinical trial sites and facilitate investigator-initiated research (IIR) proposals • Maintain deep expertise in therapeutic area, disease state, and Acadia’s product portfolio • Collaborate cross-functionally with Regional Business Leaders and Account Business Managers in alignment with compliance requirements • Deliver strategic field insights to inform medical and development initiatives • Identify disease state insights and product differentiation opportunities based on clinical and scientific knowledge • Represent Acadia at medical meetings, congresses, and educational programs • Support commercial initiatives through participation in speaker training and sales education • Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree required (MD, PharmD, or PhD) in a scientific or related discipline • Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry • Experience in rare diseases, neurology, epilepsy, or psychiatry required • Prior Medical Science Liaison experience preferred • Knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and clinical frameworks within the pharmaceutical industry • Ability to travel up to 75% with residence within assigned territory
