📋 Description

• Drive the implementation and deployment of Higher Logic’s private white-label community software for all customers • Serve as the primary project manager while coordinating multiple, simultaneous product implementations • Define, plan, and implement deliverables and tasks using a standard project management methodology • Communicate project expectations and deliverables clearly and timely to internal and external project members • Identify process improvements to increase quality, reduce costs, and accelerate timelines; share best practices and product knowledge • Provide web-based or on-site user training for onboarding, effective software use, and best practices • Elicit customer feedback on implementation, end-user adoption, and product satisfaction during and after implementation • Work cross-functionally to resolve and report technical product issues, test new features, and collect post-sale client requirements • Conduct business according to Higher Logic policies and procedures • Work on Australian, U.S., Canadian, and other projects • Perform other duties as assigned
