📋 Description

• Partner closely with Sales, Business Development, and Services organizations to accelerate revenue operations and implement contracting best practices • Serve as primary point of contact and subject-matter expert for complex direct sales, reseller, ISV, and global partner transactions • Reduce deal friction and help close transactions faster • Draft and negotiate SaaS, partner, reseller, software license and maintenance, services, RFP response, and other commercial legal agreements • Coordinate with outside counsel and legal team members to ensure compliance across jurisdictions • Contribute to ad hoc company projects, including M&A, compliance, and corporate initiatives • Negotiate directly with customers and partners and advise multiple departments throughout the deal lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience, including hands-on work with SaaS enterprise agreements • Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school • Active member in good standing of a U.S. State Bar • Genuine enjoyment of complex deal-making • Ability to work with diverse colleagues with professionalism, transparency, and a good sense of humor • Self-driven, collaborative, and business-focused, with a team-first mindset • Strong desire to engage directly with customers and internal teams to negotiate win-win outcomes • Ability to quickly triage situations, think creatively, and drive transactions to close • Experience with direct sales agreements, partner/channel agreements, or services agreements • Desired: experience with government technology contracting, including GSA, SEWP, NASPO, or TX-DIR • Desired: familiarity with software revenue recognition rules • Desired: experience negotiating professional services engagements alongside SaaS agreements • Desired: exposure to privacy or government relations compliance matters
